Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career when she turned 16 and she stopped gymnastics. In the course of a year she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant Model, model, and sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness shows at the age of 16. She earned her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17. So becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had a six-year break from the stage after earning Pro-Card to finish her studies at college. In 2015, she continued her path from last year, competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition, she competed several more years setting up new goals. She had already been awarded four fitness awards. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel had a long break after earning her Pro card so that she could earn her college diploma. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro occurred at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. She finished in 3rd place at the show. Summer of 2016, she took home at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she competed onstage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in her Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations before and was very proud of the result. She was up against the very best. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing improvements to her physique each year. Ariel prefers to concentrate on her back. The exercises she uses for strengthening her back are bent-over rows with single arm lat pull-downs. Ariel will warm-up prior to working on the sets.
